Common malpractice expertise

To identify and quantify defects

Have you had work done and the result does not match your expectations? Sealing defects, sloping finishes, non-compliance with specifications, poorly laid tiled, scalding paint, failed electrical installation... Malfaçons are common, and they are expensive if they are not noticed quickly.

The problem? Prove that this is a bad way, not an "aesthetic detail", as the entrepreneur often claims. Specify precisely the cost of repeats. Make a solid case to assert your rights, whether amicably or in court.

Our expertise gives you technical arguments and encryption to get repair.

By gravity: serious defects (seam, safety), aesthetic defects (finitions).

Opposing document with observations, photos, non-conformities, encryption.
