Too many experts charge the blur: approximate estimate, unspecified travel costs, unforeseen supplements... We have chosen transparency. You know our rates before you even call us. No hidden costs, no bad surprises.
Our principle: a single tariff that includes everything (travel, expertise, report).

What is included:
- Travel to our intervention area (New Aquitaine & Occitanie) - 0 kilometric charge
- Visit on site (duration adapted to the complexity : 1h30 to 3h)
- In-depth technical analysis
- Photographs and statements
- Detailed report submitted within 5 days (constats, diagnosis, recommendations, encryption if applicable)

Why a specific rate?
The listed historical monuments require special expertise: knowledge of ancient techniques, compliance with the requirements of the Architecte des Bâtiments de France, heritage analysis, recommendations adapted to regulatory constraints.

- Detailed report adapted to the specificities of the old building and the classification constraints
- Discount within 5 to 10 days depending on complexity
2nd appointment (if necessary)
450 € excluding tax
In what cases?
- Waiver of reserves after corrective work

- Additional expertise on a specific issue
What is included:
- Movement
- Inspection visit

What is NOT included:
- Preparation of a new full report (unless specifically requested with additional billing)
Crack indicator option
+100 € VAT per tell-tale
What is a crack witness?
It is a device (graded plate or sensor) placed on a crack to measure its evolution over time. It is used to determine whether the crack is stable or progressive.
What is included:
- Provision and installation of witness
- Initial records
- Monitoring frequency advice
Subsequent records:
If you want us to come back to the survey several months after: 2nd visit at 450 € tax excl. (several cookies can be recorded during the same visit).
