We're not office experts. Before setting up this firm, we spent years on construction projects, piloting works, solving pathologies, and accompanying contractors. Because you can't assess what you can't build.

From craft to expertise: a coherent path

It all starts with the love of wood and well done work. After a cabinetmaker's CAP, Sylvain trained in carpentry (CAP and BP Carpenter) before taking up height with a BP and then a BTS in Works all bodies of state. Objective: To understand all the building trades to better coordinate them.

Several years as a manager of works in different structures allow him to pilot complex construction sites, manage various trades, and above all, manage the See what's really going on in the field : good practices, dangerous shortcuts, recurrent pathologies.

In 2016, he founded ARCADIA, a master's office specialized in the overall renovation and transformation of existing spaces. Eight years to support individuals and professionals in their projects, to defend their interests against companies, to arbitrate technical disputes. Eight years to find that Most insurance experts or study offices are cruelly lacking in building culture.

It is this frustration that led to the acquisition of this firm of expertise in 2025. Because there is a real need for experts who know the reality of the site, who know how to read a book, who understand techniques. Experts from the trade, not the administration.

From electrotechnical to building: a rare versatility

Originally trained in electrotechnics (BAC PRO), Sébastien started his career as a technical manager in the solar energy sector. A demanding field that forges its rigour and knowledge of electrical, thermal and standards installations.

He then spent 4 years as a cook at Cuisinella then Schmidt. An experience that refines his understanding of interior design: materials, technical constraints of living spaces, customer expectations in renovation. A valuable background to analyze the pathologies associated with the developments (kitchen, bathroom) and understand the stakes of a site from the occupant's point of view.

He then moved towards the conduct of works, where he spent 6 years in a master's office. Coordination of companies, monitoring of construction sites, compliance checks, management of technical hazards: all these skills give it a complete vision of the constructive process.

This dual electrotechnical culture AND building makes him a particularly sharp expert on technical installations, electrical safety, energy performance and coordination of state bodies. A rare profile in the world of expertise, where many come only from the study office.
